approximately 90 minutes from Cape Town
(1 hour and 40 minutes
via the coastal scenic route), an hour from Cape Town International
Airport, and is an excellent base from which to explore the
Overberg region or the Western Cape. Originally known as Hermanuspietersfontein,
it is surrounded by the Overberg Nature Reserve with its beautiful
mountains and views.
